可爱狗狗饼(Horlicks Doggie Cookies)



好看不是很好吃!哎呀呀~~失败之作
    我会再加油的!做到好吃的!

  • 80g horlicks (original flavour)

  • 200g top flour

  • 25g cornflour

  • 25g milk powder

  • 180g butter

  • ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

  • Decoration

  • 100g chocolate chips

  • koko krunch

  • ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

做这饼干的心情时很开心,当我弄出那个模型样子出来,我超兴奋!原来我也可以弄得那么像狗狗,很可爱!一边做一边笑。。。原来弄这饼干要很有耐心和细心,要一粒粒的放狗狗饼干的眼睛和鼻子还有耳朵,如果放不好就会感觉怪怪了。弄了几个小时,终于出炉了!真的很兴奋呢!!!




我有个疑问~~Top Flour和High Protein Flour有什么分别呢?我买到High Protein Flour 做这个狗狗饼干,烘焙出来,吃起来很紧有点硬呢?我老公说很像小孩吃的(牙仔饼)呢?为什么呢?我用错面粉了吗?可有好心人指点我吗?
